We recently stayed here for two nights, and the spacious Comfort Double Room was a highlight, especially the pristine bed linen. The freshly cooked omelette at breakfast was fantastic! Just know the service can be a bit slow at peak times.

A fantastic stay featuring a large Junior Suite with stunning park views and a truly exceptional bathroom setup. The welcoming staff provided great tips for local exploration and ensured everything was comfortable. Breakfast was extensive, with quality offerings that fueled our adventures. On the downside, the air conditioning struggled in warmer conditions, and the wait for the elevator occasionally felt lengthy during busy hours.

It was just a fine choice for a brief weekend stay in Berlin with value for money. The indoor parking was helpful for visitors with cars, making it easy to access attractions.

This was just an optimal selection for a momentary visit in Berlin with outstanding value. The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful during my stay. Consider taking advantage of the nearby subway for easy access to attractions.

the cosmo was in a great location, just a short walk to alexanderplatz. the breakfast was super tasty, with friendly staff making sure we had everything we needed. the cleaning team was not only effective but also warm and welcoming....  

The Comfort Double Room offered decent size with a balcony perfect for relaxing. A commendable shower provided excellent water pressure, making for a refreshing start to the day.

Inconsistent air conditioning proved frustrating, especially during warmer nights. some guests left sweltering due to lack of proper cooling. The wait for the only operational lift could drag on, particularly when returning to the 7th floor. A complimentary bottle of still water at arrival would have been a nice touch, especially for late-night arrivals looking to quench their thirst. the mini-bar's offerings leaned too heavily on fancy sparkling waters.

great location but lacking some room amenities

The location was perfect walking distance to major sights. Staff helped us with umbrellas during the rain. The city view from our room was stunning and enhanced our stay.

The comfort double room was spacious, soundproof, and clean with a flat-screen TV and a minibar. I loved the excellent shower and fresh options at breakfast, like eggs cooked to order. The sauna and fitness center added a nice touch for relaxation. Located by Spittelmarkt U-Bahn, it's super convenient for exploring Berlin.
